LaDonna Crawford is founder and President of Total Potential,
a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations and individuals
develop and achieve their true potential. LaDonna has over 15
years experience with all levels of business operations including
sales, field and corporate sales/operations management and organizational
development.
As an expert in organizational success, LaDonna helps companies
assess how individual contribution and corporate culture affect
the company's future success. In addition, she works with companies
to determine employee suitability for job openings and promotion;
develops and presents sales training and employee development
workshops; and provides "360 competency feedback" to
managers and teams.
Prior to founding Total Potential in 1995, LaDonna served as
Managing Director of the outsourcing division of a $2 billion
staffing firm. Under her management, division sales increased
from $3 million to $50 million in three years. Other experience
includes positions in field sales, branch and area operations
management, Director of National Accounts and Vice President of
Sales.
LaDonna earned a BA from the University of Minnesota and has
completed numerous courses in leadership development and executive
coaching. She is one of only a few professionals certified to
interpret the Companies are People, too culture survey and is
a distributor of Profiles International assessment tools.
