Founded in 1995 by LaDonna Crawford, Total Potential is a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations and individuals identify and develop their innate potential. We work with individuals to identify their true passions and find careers that 'fit' them and allow them to achieve true job satisfaction. For companies, we specialize in position-specific employee assessments, allowing companies to better evaluate prospective hires as well as identify strengths and weaknesses in their current staff. We also focus on organizational development, and are one of only a handful of consulting firms in the country certified to administer the unique Companies Are People, Too organizational personality survey.

Total Potential was born out of LaDonna's desire to help people "bring themselves to work." That is, people shouldn't have to be one person at work and a different person at home. They should be able bring their whole selves to work. LaDonna experienced a complete transformation in her own professional career when she realized the importance of this concept. She found that she had more fun at work than she ever thought possible, and her productivity far surpassed her previous performance! In addition, when she worked with her staff and helped them do the same, turnover was much lower, the creativity of her team was higher, and employees who had not done well in other areas were able to excel - and achieve their TOTAL POTENTIAL!

This same theory applies to companies as well as individuals. Successful companies have a core ideology that is consistent over time. If a company loses sight of who it is, the road to success is much longer and harder to navigate. LaDonna works with companies to ensure that their business practices and the people they employ are in line with their core ideology. Once everything within a company is in alignment, success is much easier to visualize and achieve.
